Meet Jon: Your Property Manager at Brazoria Lakes RV Resort by QRV
My Journey to Brazoria Lakes RV Resort
Before joining Quality RV Resorts, I spent many years in the automotive industry, where I worked my way up from service technician to advisor and eventually to manager. That experience shaped my understanding of what it takes to provide excellent customer service, maintain clear communication, and stay focused on the details that matter. Over time, I discovered my passion for connecting with people and solving problems—which naturally led me to the world of property management.
Experience and Guest-Centered Focus
I consider myself a friendly, open, and hard-working person who believes that how we treat others defines our character. I enjoy helping guests, listening to their concerns, and being a reliable resource they can count on. One of my favorite parts of working at QRV is that I get to use both sides of my skill set: building relationships and tackling the technical, hands-on parts of the job. It’s a rewarding balance.

My philosophy is simple: everyone’s going through something, and we should treat each other with kindness and understanding. At Brazoria Lakes, my goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and connected—because when we lift each other up, we build something truly special.

Brazoria Lakes is one of the most beautiful and underrated locations in the area, and I’m passionate about helping it shine. I’m focused on increasing occupancy while creating a stronger sense of community among our guests. Whether it’s organizing cookouts, chatting with residents, or just being present and available, I want guests to know they’re part of something more than just a place to park—they’re part of a neighborhood.
A Little About Me
I’m originally from Western New York—Go Bills! My family and I began RVing as a way to camp, but after moving to Houston, it became our lifestyle. I love all kinds of outdoor activities—mountain biking, skiing, jet skiing, and more.
