It's a Very pleasant to stay doesn't feel like a trailer park more like a condo complex people r nice n safe bathrooms r clean n so is the park Reggie the park manager is always on top of things n always willing to help u out

They have on site propain refills
Reggie gets you your mail 📬
Ubers n door dash have no problems
Finding u a late night snack or getting a ride isn't a issue for you here

Great place to park a higher end RV
To keep it safe n clean park here park now
And enjoy kick back relax or work your but off lol ttyl God bless n best of luck

Since I'm writing this review I must add
There are several supermarkets nearby
Kroger being the closest also Walmart

Tons of restaurants so basically easy to live here for paying your bills n getting supply's groceries is a breeze....

Before Cameron and Rachel left it was a well maintained, and Organized campground. Now, the office and staff kind of suck. In the past everytime we received a package, we got an email letting us know. Now we get no email or notification. When you walk into the office to even look there's no names on the packages, and there's nothing Organized. Also, we went to throw a bag of trash in the dumpster and they were so full that we couldn't do anything with our trash. There's signs on the dumpsters about not putting furniture ect. In them,however they were full of construction trash... carpet padding, carpet ect. It's really gone down hill. We'll definitely be staying somewhere else the next time we're in town!

Beautiful resort, the staff there very professional and run a tight ship. If not for me having to relocate to a new location would have gladly stayed there. The manager, Reggie, definitely sets the tone of the resort with his professionalism and punctuality in responded to the tenants needs. I will 100% recommend this resort to friends and family.

Just spent a month here and it was seriously a great stay! The amenities provided were top tier, the staff are really friendly and helpful as well. Location was convenient and right across from a school we felt safe. The pool and hot tub and showers were running and sparkling! I highly recommend this location. We will be back next year :) thanks fallbrook!!

I stayed here for a month. This is without question the best park I've stayed in. The hot tub is amazing. Laundry is affordable and very clean. Pool table, exercise space, computer room, shower area is clean and hot, propane filling, outdoor lp fire pits, gas grilling station, locked gate coming in the park for safety, the dog park is HUGE, there's even a dogwash. The residents I've met have all been kind, staff is always helpful and polite. And Reggie, the manger, is an absolute gem of a human being. Idk what else i can say but 10 stars! Thank you, Reggie and team fallbrook, very much.

From the moment I called Fallbrook RV Resort, I knew this place was special. Reginald A. Prawl Jr., the manager, picked up the phone with a warm, welcoming energy that instantly put me at ease. He took the time to answer every single question I had, giving me a complete picture of what to expect. Just from that conversation alone, I felt confident this was the place I wanted to call home. And let me tell you, after experiencing it firsthand, I was absolutely right.

A Resort That Feels Like Home
When I arrived, I was immediately struck by how well-kept and beautiful the resort is. The landscaping is pristine, the roads are smooth, and everything is immaculately clean. You can tell that the staff here takes great pride in maintaining the property, and it truly shows.

One of the first things I noticed was the gorgeous lake right in the middle of the resort. It’s perfect for catch-and-release fishing, and I’ve spent many peaceful mornings sitting by the water, soaking in the tranquility. It’s these little moments that make this place feel less like an RV park and more like a true retreat.

Top-Tier Amenities
I’ve stayed in plenty of RV parks, but Fallbrook RV Resort takes things to a whole new level. The amenities here are top-notch.

The swimming pool and hot tub have become my go-to after long days. There’s nothing better than a relaxing soak while enjoying the Texas evening breeze.
The fitness center is fully stocked with everything I need to keep up with my workouts. I love that I don’t have to leave the resort to stay active.
The outdoor kitchen and fire pits make it easy to enjoy the company of neighbors. Some of my best memories so far have been grilling out and swapping stories under the stars.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled to see the dog wash station and plenty of space for my pup to get exercise. They really thought of everything here!
And if you need storage, they offer outdoor storage rentals too, which is super convenient for those staying long-term.

I was lucky enough to get one of the lake-view RV sites, and it has been absolutely perfect. The concrete pads are spacious, and having full hookups makes life easy. Whether you’re here for a short stay or looking for a more permanent setup, there are plenty of options to fit your needs.

I also love that this resort is conveniently located—close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere in Houston. Whether I’m heading out for errands or looking for something fun to do, I’m never too far from where I need to be.

A Community Led by Exceptional People
While the resort itself is incredible, what truly makes Fallbrook RV Resort stand out is the people. And that starts with Reginald (Reggie) Prawl.

He is hands down the best manager I’ve ever met at an RV resort. From day one, he made me feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. I’ve seen him help so many other guests with that same level of dedication, whether it’s answering questions, fixing an issue, or just stopping by to check in and say hello. He genuinely cares about every person who stays here, and it makes a huge difference.

In a world where good customer service is becoming rare, Reggie and his team go above and beyond every single day. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how much effort they put into making this resort a great place to live, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
