My Journey to Highway 6
My path to property management is marked by a lifelong commitment to sales and customer service. I started at the age of five, selling my father’s chainsaw art, which helped me develop a strong work ethic early on. Over the years, I held various sales and customer service positions, ultimately becoming a Senior Operations Sales Manager, leading over 2000 employees. My journey finally brought me to Quality RV Resorts, where I quickly advanced from Relief Manager to Property Managers at Highway 6 RV Resort.
Empathy and Efficiency in Management
I excel in my role by balancing empathy with rule enforcement, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. I thrive on process improvements, driving performance, and engaging with the diverse personalities of my guests. One of the most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with the loss of a guest, but I approach these situations with compassion and professionalism, offering comfort and support to families.
Creating a Welcoming Community
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my sons and granddaughter, dining out with family and friends, and being near the ocean. I also love meal prepping and cooking for others.
