amazing park! definitely one of the top parks i’ve been to in the country and i’ve been all around, Anita and Sierra has been such a great help with being consistent and vigilant when it comes to keeping the place clean and taking care of her guest! if you’re looking for the best park with amenities most other parks don’t have to offer, come to lake view resort!

First and foremost, the staff that we have colaborated with has been spectacular. That would be Anita, Sierra, and Tisha and many others. They are always friendly and ready to engage in conversation, if they have the time. They don't hesitate to help you track down your mail that you can't find or assist you with any other business that you need to have taken care of.
The facilities are very well kept, laundry room, showers, club house, pool and spa.
When you bring something to management's attention, that needs to be attended to, they get right on it.
One of the perks is the hot fresh popcorn in the clubhouse every day.
I personally have nothing but positve to say about Lakeview RV resort or its staff. We've been here for 2 1/2 months and look forward to staying longer.

I have been to this RV resort three or four times, and each time it’s a great visit it’s got gated access beautiful park with a wonderful lake great clubhouse, wonderful pool and hot tub and friendly staff.

The word "RESORT" is not one I would use to describe this location. The setting is too close to the highway for it to be considered quiet. The working area next door and the train traveling just down the road are very disturbing.
The guests RV'ing near our site were clearly going to work in the early AM (0600 and 0615) and would wake us up with loud engines and big trucks. Once again, very disturbing.
The garbage is not picked up by the staff and must be taken to dumpsters. The sites while leveled , are small and force the rigs to go over the grass. This in turn becomes dangerous as the ground staff must cut the grass and risk hitting the rigs as they "fly" around the sites on their equipment. There is no separation between sites and given the small size of the same, the provided picnic tables must be places with in 2 feet from the hook up to the adjacent site. Not comfortable nor appetizing at all.
Lastly, the advertised common area in the clubhouse is very dated with furniture in need of replacement, boxes for delivery to the full timers, scattered all over the place, and no separation between the TV, the exercise equipment, the pool tables and the reading area. Very unprofessional and definitely in need of an arrangement for it to be called a clubhouse.
This is not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. We will not be returning to this location and can help to wonder if the rest of the Quality RV Resort locations are managed at the same level at this one.

Lakeview RV Resort in Houston is an exceptional RV Resort! The entire staff treat you like family. Cannot say enough good things about the management! Anita, Sierra and Tisha are wonderful, always assisting you in every issue you may have with your stay!

The grounds are very clean and all of the amenities are kept up. I enjoy the hot tub, fitness/recreation room and the residents of this park. Lakeview is always are bringing in food vendors for their visitors. In addition, they have events for their community all the time.

Would not stay any other RV place in Houston!

If you’re having any medical overnight stay it’s close to the hospital. It can get a little loud if you stay on the south west part along fence line. Allot of loud traffic speeding through. The wreck area is nice as well as the pools and the showers. The facility is nice and they have and catch and release pond as well.
