Recently moved in. It’s super quiet.

The office staff is sweet & helpful. I accidentally locked myself out of my RV the first week I moved in, & Jennifer immediately called someone who came out and didn’t even charge me. So grateful for that! 🥰

The heated bathrooms are a plus on these cold winter nights. That being said, sometimes there are bug infestations in the shower/restrooms..watching the ants crawl up and down the walls during shower is always entertaining.

Biggest pet peeve is that the showers close at 10 pm. So if you work late like I do, it’s a hustle every time.

Great campground!
We stayed for 3 night, loved the showers & laundry room. Everyone here is very accommodating and friendly.
We especially loved Jacob the maintenance man/our shuttle driver…so kind and polite!
He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and always available when needed. They keep their tenemts informed of what's happening and fun events they provide. I have been here for four months and have loved every day of my stay.

Recently moved in. It’s super quiet (minus the guy who starts his diesel engine truck @ 5 am every morning).

Old and outdated. This place is making bank off their concrete pad sites… yet the office is from the early 80s, and the rec room/furniture is rough. The pool area really has no landscaping at all….

Mike and Jennifer are the courteous helpful and informative property managers that I have ever encountered. Jennifer defines everything in excellent customer service friendly and always cheerful Great place to live if you're here monthly. And I think I speak for several of our residents..

Having been here over six months has been absolutely amazing. Besides being well, taken care of, the park feels extremely safe and quiet. I feel like I can walk out my door at night if I need to walk my dog in safety. As for the staff Jennifer has been extremely great especially when I go in and I have a question. Plus, my puppy loves getting cookies from her on her daily visits. I appreciate that Mike and Jennifer are very good about letting the resident know if something is going on or that we need to prepare for bad weather.

The park is well taken care of with frequent lawn maintenance. They allow access to a party room and a pool, which we will be using this summer. They are very dog friendly. If anything is broken things get fixed fairly quickly.

Admiralty is awesome and has the perfect location as everything is within 1 mile and best of all, Sea World is just down the street and they have a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up. Our driver was Jacob and he was awesome and always has a smile on his face.
