This premier RV park is indeed picturesque, with an abundance of trees and well maintained grounds and sites. We offer big-rig friendly, full hook-ups RV sites; cottage rentals; Junior Olympic size pool; sparkling bathrooms; playground; exercise room; basketball court; gift and supply shop; two fenced-in pet playgrounds and more!

We are the closest RV resort to SeaWorld. In fact, on a quiet day, you can hear the seals barking! We also offer a free shuttle service to SeaWorld. The shuttle is available to our registered guests. The schedule and sign-up sheet are located in the office.

Lackland AFB is located just 8 miles away from the resort making it the perfect place to stay when you come to see your loved one graduate. If you need a place to celebrate, our recreation room with TV and fully equipped kitchen is just the spot (please call for rates and availability). We are also located only half a block from the city bus service VIA 64 Express. Schedules are available in the office.

Site Descriptions:

Standard: Sites have no tree, 1 vehicle only.
Standard +: Standard site, 2 vehicles
Premium +: Premium sites are 2 60′ slabs, 2 larger vehicles. They have a small brick patio and a small yard.
Luxury: Sites have a tree, lawn/plants, 2 vehicles. These are end sites with a small yard.
Super Slabs: Sites are 120′ long, big-rig friendly, have a tree, lawn/plants, 2 vehicles and a small yard.

Discounts and Policies:

10% Discounts for Good Sam and Active Military on daily rates. No discounts on weekly or monthly. No discounts on cottages.
All rates include water, sewer, and electricity (except monthly). Wifi available ($).
RV Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. Cabin check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12pm, noon.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled checkin time in order to receive full refund. Failure to do so will result in a one night charge.
Sorry, we do not allow tents.
