Very clean & pet friendly. We love our spot. Everyone is very nice & courteous. Love having onsite laundry AND PROPANE! We are 20 - 30 mins from most places. Downtown, seaworld, six flags, food truck parks, the Pearl. Perfect location! Definitely recommend

I have been on a three week RV trip with my class C RV. This place definitely had the nicest facilities. The showers are very clean. Everything was in operating order and you could tell they take a lot of pride in their facility. I even shot a couple of games of pool and I wasn’t as rusty as I thought I would be. I was terrible at the bar shuffleboard though. At 68. I don’t spend much time in bars anymore.
This is the first place that actually used their gate
for security at the entrance and that was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The prices were very reasonable
I didn’t use the swimming pool so I don’t know anything about that.

The wife and I are brand new to the RV world . So today the water was standing in the shower . I went to the office to ask them for help . Oscar ( who is so friendly) helped me with the correct part and took the time to install the y connector and fix my problem. Great customer service . The park is very clean and the office staff is wonderful. Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay here! Nicest campground we’ve been too. The bathrooms and showers were amazingly well kept, as was the rest of the park. There’s so many great perks to this park from the stocked pond, hot tub and pool, free popcorn & coffee, games tables, computers, TVs, outdoor kitchens and fire tables and more!
The staff is so friendly and we extended our stay twice because we didn’t want to leave haha.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot to camp in the area!

We arrived there planning on staying a week, we stayed for years. Patty and allen in the office are such great people that we didn't wanna leave. Park is quiet and clean, secure and safe. If we didn't get our house we would still be there.
