Terms and Conditions for Influencer Collaborations with Quality RV Resorts

1. Agreement
By participating in this collaboration, you (the influencer) agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Quality RV Resorts.

2. Content Creation

You agree to create and publish original content that accurately represents Quality RV Resorts and aligns with our brand values.
All content must be posted on the agreed-upon platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) within the specified timeframe.
You must disclose your relationship with Quality RV Resorts in a clear and conspicuous manner, following all relevant advertising and endorsement guidelines (e.g., FTC guidelines).
3. Compensation

Compensation will be provided as per the agreed terms (monetary, free stay, perks). The details of compensation will be outlined in the collaboration agreement.
Compensation will be delivered upon completion of the agreed-upon deliverables and verification of the content’s adherence to the terms.
4. Usage Rights

By participating in this collaboration, you grant Quality RV Resorts the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content created as part of this collaboration for marketing and promotional purposes.
Quality RV Resorts may feature your content on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels, with proper credit to you as the creator.
5. Content Standards

Content must be appropriate and respectful, avoiding any offensive, discriminatory, or controversial topics.
Quality RV Resorts reserves the right to request edits or revisions to the content to ensure it meets our brand standards.
6. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared between you and Quality RV Resorts as part of this collaboration must not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
7. Termination

Quality RV Resorts reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions or if the collaboration no longer aligns with our brand values.
Upon termination, any outstanding deliverables will be void, and compensation may be withheld.
8. Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality RV Resorts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or actions related to this collaboration.
9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Quality RV Resorts regarding the influencer collaboration and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
